Jake Iselin (our son) and Luke Everard have taken over the brunt of the maple syrup business, but George still collects with the team, and most of the neighborhood seems to help out! Around the farm there are some traditional buckets and throughout Marlborough there are gravity-fed lines with collection bins. The boiling process is entirely done on a wood-fired arch right at the farm!
We usually have syrup available for sale in the farm salesroom, attached to our home at 151 Laurel St, Marlborough, NH.
